Ancora meticulously renovated a 1920’s single story Spanish home. Completely transforming the layout and addinga 250 square foot addition. We helped the homeowner with the design and layouts for the interior and exterior of the home. Everything was redone except the roof on the existing home. A lot of structural work went into rehabbing the existing home to make it structurally sound and bring it up to code and protect it from future hurricanes. The backyard transformed as the project went on and we had to pivot and plan for new decks, water fountain feature, outdoor bar and outdoor shower.
